Rates
$125 per 45 minute session
$160 per 60 minute session
$180 initial therapy session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I am provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network.  For those insurances I do not participate, I can provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.  In that receipt is the procedure code, diagnosis and date of service for reimbursement.  It is the client's responsibility to pay for services at the time the services have been rendered.  Also, it is important for clients to understand their mental health benefits as some policies do not reimburse for mental health clinicians. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee for the missed appointment.
