Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Since July 2012 we have become Priority Health providers. Therfore, we bill Priority Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield and various other insurances directly. If we do not have that ability, we provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. In that receipt is the procedure code, diagnosis and date of service for reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to pay for services at the time the services have been rendered. Also, it is important for clients to understand their mental health benefits as some policies do not reimburse for mental health clinicians.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
